It is known to our readers that Disney+Hotstar bagged the Online Streaming Rights of Akshay Kumar’s Laxmmi Bomb. The official announcement has come a long ago but the streaming platform is yet to announce the release date. Buzz is that there is a good reason behind the delay.
“Some patchwork left. It is just a brief two-day shoot with some character actors for the post-climax scenes, which is more on the humorous side. Akshay won’t be a part of the patch-work. Once that is done, the date will be announced,” a source said.
Sources say that the movie may get streamed the next month. Rumors in the Mumbai media circles are that digital premiere rights of the movie have been sold for a sensational Rs 125 crores. Lawerence is making his Bollywood directorial debut with Laxmmi Bomb, which is the Hindi remake of his own Kanchana. The movie was supposed to release on Eid. Kiara Advani is the female lead in this movie.Follow @THEPANIPURI
