Manchu Vishnu was supposed to act and produce a film titled Bhakta Kannappa in the direction of Tanikella Bharani. Back then, Producer Mohan Babu had announced that he will make this film in all Indian languages. However, the project is in rumor mills for a long time and never materialized.
In an interview, Vishnu revealed that the project will cost a whopping 92 Crore and it will be difficult to make in his current market. “I am sure my market would improve after the release of Mosagallu. Bhakta Kannappa will go on floors from Six Months to One and Half years from now,” Vishnu said.
Meanwhile, Mosagallu is Vishnu’s first crossover film. The movie will be made in Telugu and English. The movie set up in the backdrop of one of the biggest IT Scams. A majority of the film’s shooting was canned in Hyderabad and Los Angeles. There are some changes in the Telugu version to suit the sensibilities of the Telugu audience.Follow @THEPANIPURI
