It is known to our readers that Controversial Director Ram Gopal Varma is making a film titled ‘Murder’ based on the real-life story of Amrutha Pranay, the honor-killing case in Miryalaguda. Amrutha has managed to get a stay against the film release in Nalgonda SC, ST court.
Now, Ram Gopal Varma approached the Telangana High Court and got permission to the release with some conditions. The court asked him not to use the names of Amrutha, Pranay, and Maruthi Rao anywhere in the film and also on the publicity material.
That means it should be promoted as any other crime thriller. “VERY HAPPY to inform that our good intentions of making the film MURDER have been rightly understood by the honorable COURT ..Details will be given once the order is with us ..THANKING EVERYONE,” RGV tweeted after the court verdict.Follow @THEPANIPURI
