Analysis:
Kalki, that generated pretty good hype before release with an amazing teaser and trailer released today. For Rajasekhar, it is coming after Garuda Vega and for director it is the next outing after Awe. So, the combination generated good expectations on the film. However, Kalki failed to capitalize on the hype and the first half of the film is so bad and you can’t figure out what the director is trying to convey. Screenplay and BGM are weak too except at few places. Things get better in 2nd half but still don’t justify the lags or poor story. Overall, Kalki disappoints big time.
