BGM & Songs
A faithful remake
Negatives:

Offers nothing new if you have already watched the original
Analysis:
96 film in tamil was such a classic hit. Vijay Sethupathi and Trisha were the leads in the film and we all thought that classic can never be recreated. However, Dil Raju decided to make the film in telugu and retained the same director, music director and changed the lead pair. His casting choices were apt and no one else would have suited as much as Sharwanand and Samantha. Both of them needs a special mention as they were successful in recreating the magic. However, the movie pace has some problems and you really need patience to enjoy the film. If you have already watched the original, there is nothing new in this remake as it is exact frame to frame copy of the original. If you haven’t watched the original, you can definitely give this movie a watch. Govind Vasantha gave exact same tunes as Original and the BGM is good too.
