Analysis:
Darbar starring Rajinikanth and Muragadoss has raised expectations with the trailer and for showing Rajini the ways fans want to see. Muragadoss got the act right with the first half in keeping audience engaged with the proceedings and once the twist is revealed, the movie starts to slow down and second half feels too melodramatic. Even the climax of the film could have been much better and ended in a typical way that we may have seen zillion times so far. Still, Darbar makes it a one time watch if you don’t mind typical revenge films and Rajini’s performances makes it an easy watch.
