Analysis:
Aswathama created lot of buzz with its terrific trailer. Naga Shorya made this film in his home banner and didn’t compromise in spending for the film. The film starts off pretty slow and slowly picks up the momentum. It keeps you engaged till the interval. Second half starts with revealing the villain and then things starts to go south with very predictable story and dragged narration. There is no novel or interesting investigative scenes. Everything feels like you have seen before and this has resemblances with the recent tamil movies like Ratchasan and Kuttram 23. Songs in the film are very bad and they even slow down the pace. Mehreen is just a namesake heroine and didn’t have any role. Naga Shourya did a good job. BGM is decent too. Production values are good and there are definitely some gripping moments in the film. If you don’t mind some predictable and dragged narration, you can definitely give this one a watch.
