Thalapathy Vijay’s latest film, Master is going great guns at the Tamil and Telugu Box Offices. The movie has released simultaneously in Hindi as well. But the movie has tanked big time in the Hindi territories. The film fetched merely ₹ 1.60 cr nett on its first two days.
Now, all eyes are on the weekend to fetch more money and its run may be completed by Sunday. The Hindi distributors need ₹ 12 crore nett biz in the lifetime for breakeven which looks impossible from here. This is very much expected because Vijay has no market in the North.
Moreover, the theatrical business in the North markets is yet to pick up after the Pandemic. Lack of proper promotions is also the reason for this bad performance. Vijay has proven to have a market in Telugu with Master but he has to wait for another day to prove the same in Hindi as well.Follow @THEPANIPURI
