Corona Effect: Telangana Shuts Down Film Theaters

Telangana Government had appointed a high-level committee to look into measures to control Coronavirus. The committee had recommended the Government to shut down all the schools, colleges, cinema theaters, shopping malls, and function halls in the state until the 31st of March.

However, the Public Exams which are currently underway will go as planned take strict precautionary measures. Several States in the country have already shut down the film theaters and other public spaces. Owing to these restrictions, Nani and Sudheer Babu’s V which was supposed to release for Ugadi is now postponed.

Meanwhile, the Coronavirus cases count has reached 83 in the country. In Telangana, barely 12 hours after the first coronavirus infected patient got discharged, another case got registered. Two other persons are also suspected to be infected and their samples were sent to the National Institute of Virology in Pune.
